Pilot terms

What the pilot is

A 30 day paid pilot on one site, for a fee of £1,500 to £3,000 agreed in writing before it starts, invoiced once. It covers up to five investigators and is intended for three real investigations. If you continue afterwards, the ongoing price is £500 to £1,000 per site per month, again agreed in writing. Payment is by invoice; there is no card payment in the product.

What we provide

• Access to Cadence Resolve for your site, for the length of the pilot.
• A working session to set it up, and coaching by email while your team uses it.
• The A3, fishbone and change-plan prints your investigations produce.

What we do not provide

• No service level agreement, no uptime commitment and no support hours.
• No warranty that the software is fit for a particular purpose. It is provided as it is.
• No professional advice. Cadence Resolve helps your team run an investigation. The conclusions, the corrective actions and any regulatory duty remain yours.

Your data

What your team enters stays yours. We use it to run the service and for nothing else. At the end of the pilot, or whenever you ask, we export your tenant and delete it. See the privacy notice and the security note.

Ending it

Either side can end the pilot at any time by saying so in writing. The pilot does not renew automatically and becomes nothing unless you decide to continue. If you end it early, the fee for the agreed pilot period remains payable, because the work of setting it up has already happened.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the pilot is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Law

Cadence Standard Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17246762. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
